Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be shipped?
Depending on your location and address type we will ship your order via the U.S. Post Office, UPS,  Fed Ex or DHL.

How Long will it take to receive my purchase?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States 10-15 days with Standard Shipping
7-10 days with Express Shipping
Canada, Europe 15-20 days with Standard Shipping
7-10 days with Express Shipping
* This doesn’t include our 1-3 business days for processing time.

* A business day is considered every official work day of the week. These are the days between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.

*In case of some situations such as force majeure, customs, holiday, festival, wrong address and so on. The shipping time will be slower than usual. In this case, we cannot control.

Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to, acts of governments, acts of nature, fire, explosion, typhoon, flood, earthquake, tide, lightning, war, means any event that is beyond the Party’s reasonable control and cannot be prevented with reasonable care.

Will I receive a tracking number/confirmation for my shipment?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

Why doesn’t my tracking number show updated information? Did it actually ship?

Yes.  If you received a tracking number your order actually shipped. It can occasionally take up to 48 hours for the tracking websites to update properly.  If it hasn’t updated in that time, let us know and we can dig deeper for you.

How much is shipping?
Many of our items have free shipping, but items that do not will ship for a flat $10 for your entire order.   Shipping on orders of $75 or more is always free to the continental United States.
Should i return product to manufacturer ?
No, definitely not. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to return the product. You will then receive a refund according to our regulations.

Is the price on your website real price, why it is much cheaper than market price?

We manage our business with lower overheads than a retail store. We needn’t employ many different departments, and needn’t pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc. We are the largest professional factory in our city, and our clients can order from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Creating an account with Our store allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders, review your previous orders, and write product reviews.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don’t receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
